Terms of Service

By inviting ServerForge to a server, configuring it, or using any command, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any server you administer with the bot. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (at least 13, or older where required by local law) and be capable of forming a binding agreement to use ServerForge.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use ServerForge for managing servers you control. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or attempt to abuse, overload or circumvent the service.

You agree not to use ServerForge to:

ServerForge requires Discord permissions to perform structural and moderation actions; Administrator is recommended. You are responsible for how the bot is configured and used in servers you administer, and for reviewing preview-before-apply prompts before confirming destructive changes.

Premium is billed through Whop on a monthly, yearly or lifetime basis. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and for keeping your payment method current. Premium activates automatically once your Discord account is verified against your purchase and applies to every server you own.

The Free tier is provided at no cost and is subject to the limits described on our pricing page and in the documentation. We may apply reasonable rate limits and fair-use protections to keep the platform stable for everyone.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be added, changed or removed, and we may impose limits to protect platform stability.

You retain ownership of your server's data. ServerForge can create encrypted backups, but you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of anything critical. We are not liable for data loss.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ServerForge and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ServerForge and its operators from claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, violation of these Terms, or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using ServerForge at any time by removing it from your servers.

ServerForge integrates with Discord, Whop and other providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in our support server and reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by generally applicable law. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith; please contact us first at support@serverforge.one.
