Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with ServerForge Premium. This policy explains how billing works and when refunds are available. All purchases are processed by Whop and governed by Whop's checkout terms.
1. Billing through Whop
All Premium purchases — monthly, yearly and lifetime — are processed by Whop. ServerForge never sees or stores your card details. Your purchase is also subject to Whop's own terms at checkout.
2. Subscriptions & auto-renewal
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; you'll keep Premium until the end of the current billing period. Partial periods are not pro-rated.
3. Cancellation & continued access
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not immediately remove Premium — access continues until your paid period ends, after which premium-only features revert to Free-tier limits. Your data and configuration remain intact.
4. Lifetime purchases
Lifetime is a one-time, non-recurring purchase that does not expire.
5. Refund eligibility
If you purchase Premium and a core Premium feature is broken and we are unable to resolve it, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund review. We may ask for details to reproduce the issue.
6. Non-refundable circumstances
Outside the eligibility above, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Subscription renewals after the first billing period.
- Lifetime purchases beyond the 7-day review window.
- Change of mind after Premium features have been substantially used.
- Loss of access caused by violating our Terms of Service.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund review:
- Open a ticket in our support server, or email support@serverforge.one.
- Include your Whop order details and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review and respond, typically within a few business days.
8. Processing times
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Whop, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.
9. Chargebacks & abuse
Filing a chargeback or fraudulent dispute instead of contacting us results in immediate, permanent loss of Premium across all of your servers. Please reach out first — we're happy to help.
