ServerForge is designed around data minimization: we store only what's needed to operate the features you enable, and nothing more. This policy explains what we collect, how it's used and protected, and the choices you have. ServerForge is an independent Discord bot and is not affiliated with Discord Inc.

1. Information we store

To provide ServerForge's features, we store the following operational data:

Discord identifiers: server (guild), user, role, channel and message IDs used for features you enable (for example, reaction-role messages and ticket panels).
Server configuration: the settings you configure — verification, security, logging, leveling, tickets and automations.
Encrypted backups: snapshots of your server's structure (roles, channels, permissions and categories), encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and unreadable without the key.
Moderation records: case data you create (target ID, moderator ID, action, the reason you enter and a timestamp).
Ticket data: ticket metadata and any transcripts you generate.
Leveling data: XP, level and message counts (counts only — not message content).
AFK status: the AFK message you set.
Premium status: your Discord user ID, subscription plan and Whop membership ID.
Aggregate analytics: join, leave and boost events, and per-channel daily message counts (counts only — never message content).
Reminders and giveaway entries you create.

2. What we do NOT store

We do not store message content, direct messages, voice or audio, or payment and card details. All payments are processed by Whop; we never see or store your card information.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to operate the features you turn on. Specifically, to:

Build and modify your server when you run /setup or /modify.
Run security, verification, moderation and logging.
Create, store and restore encrypted backups at your request.
Generate leveling, analytics and reports.
Verify and unlock Premium for your account.

4. Legal basis for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of our service to you (operating the bot you added), our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and reliable, and your consent for optional features such as AI setup. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

5. Third-party services (subprocessors)

ServerForge relies on a small number of trusted providers to function:

Discord — the platform ServerForge runs on.
Whop — payments and subscription management.
Our AI provider — only the text you type into the AI setup is sent, and only to generate your server.
Our database and cache hosting providers — to store the configuration described above.

6. Data security

Backups are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your data.

7. Data retention & deletion

Configuration and operational data persist while ServerForge is in your server. When the bot is removed from a server, that server's data is deleted. Free-tier analytics history is retained for 14 days; Premium retains 365 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time at support@serverforge.one.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Object to or restrict certain processing.

9. Children's privacy

ServerForge is intended for users who meet Discord's minimum age requirement (at least 13, or older where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.

10. International data transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in our support server and reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
